Responsibilities
Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
Analyze financial data – and create financial models for decision support
Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews
Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and decision support
Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
Guide cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures
Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization
Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyzes; study proposed changes in methods and materials
Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards
Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools
Perform market research, data mining, business intelligence, and valuation comps
Maintain a strong financial analysis foundation creating forecasts and models
Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Statistics
3-5+ years of business finance or other relevant experience
Must have strong analytical (quantitative as well as qualitative) skills including building models, prior data mining and on line market research
Self-starter with the ability to streamline functions and passion to learn and grow
Strong financial analysis foundation creating forecasts and models
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required; familiarity with data query/data management tools extremely helpful (Access, SQL, Business Objects)
Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills, and be comfortable interacting with executive-level management
Strong financial modeling experiences
Responsibilities

Qualifications
◾ Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or related fields
◾ At least 3 year experiences in software development business
◾ Experience in .NET Framework, .NET Compact Framework, and programming: ASP.NET, C# .NET, VB.NET, and knowledge in MVC, Entity Framework is a plus
◾ Experience in MS SQL Server and Oracle, MySQL, DB2 and MS Access database is a must.
◾ Developer Tools: MVC, Visual Studio 2003 to 2010, Microsoft Visual Basic, Crystal Report, Reporting Service is advantage
◾ Knowledge of Sharepoint, UML, XML, SQL command, and system design and development methodology would be an advantage
◾ Ability to work independently, self-motivated & result oriented
◾ Proven critical abilities, capable of analyzing and gathering client’s requirement
◾ Strong analytical, communication and people skills
◾ Ability to work with deadlines and work well under pressure
