◾ Analyze financial data – and create financial models for decision support
◾ Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews
◾ Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
◾ Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and decision support
◾ Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
◾ Guide cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures
◾ Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization
◾ Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyzes; study proposed changes in methods and materials
◾ Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards
◾ Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools
◾ Perform market research, data mining, business intelligence, and valuation comps
◾ Maintain a strong financial analysis foundation creating forecasts and models
◾ Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements
◾ Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Statistics
◾ 3-5+ years of business finance or other relevant experience
◾ Must have strong analytical (quantitative as well as qualitative) skills including building models, prior data mining and on line market research
◾ Self-starter with the ability to streamline functions and passion to learn and grow
◾ Strong financial analysis foundation creating forecasts and models
◾ Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required; familiarity with data query/data management tools extremely helpful (Access, SQL, Business Objects)
◾ Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills, and be comfortable interacting with executive-level management
◾ Strong financial modeling experiences


◾ Gather all Requirements and Documentation
◾ Analyze client’s requirements and evaluate current systems

Qualifications
◾ Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or related fields
◾ At least 3 year experiences in software development business
◾ Experience in .NET Framework, .NET Compact Framework, and programming: ASP.NET, C# .NET, VB.NET, and knowledge in MVC, Entity Framework is a plus
◾ Experience in MS SQL Server and Oracle, MySQL, DB2 and MS Access database is a must.
◾ Developer Tools: MVC, Visual Studio 2003 to 2010, Microsoft Visual Basic, Crystal Report, Reporting Service is advantage
◾ Knowledge of Sharepoint, UML, XML, SQL command, and system design and development methodology would be an advantage
◾ Ability to work independently, self-motivated & result oriented
◾ Proven critical abilities, capable of analyzing and gathering client’s requirement
◾ Strong analytical, communication and people skills
◾ Ability to work with deadlines and work well under pressure
◾ Fast learner and willing to contribute and work as a team
◾ Basic command of both written and spoken English is a plus
